Dispatch Timelines
• Honey, Ghee, Flours, Millets: Within 5 business days of confirmation.
• Spices: Within 6 business days of confirmation.

• Within India: Up to 30 business days depending on location.
• Disclaimer: Responsibility for delays once dispatched lies with logistics partners.
Transit Protection
We offer replacements for goods lost or damaged in transit. Claims require an unboxing video and photographic evidence as per our Refund Policy.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
In the event of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, whereby the Goods are returned to our warehouse, Manas Organics will arrange for 1 (One) reshipment without additional cost to the customer.
Claims Procedure
To be eligible for a replacement of damaged or lost shipments, customers must follow the procedure set forth in our Refund Policy, which includes:
- Submitting a complete, unedited unboxing video.
- High-resolution photographic evidence of the damage/leakage.
- Contacting our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
