Cancellation Policy
At Manas Organics, we process orders quickly to ensure freshness. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
Since we deal with perishable food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and the seal is broken. However, we offer full refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Damage during transit (broken jars, spilled contents)
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product quality concerns or expiry issues at the time of delivery
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at manasjaivikfood@gmail.com with photos/videos of the concern and your Order ID.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
